Joint bankruptcy claim

Joint bankruptcy claim – in some jurisdictions this term details an application filled by spouses who request to state bankruptcy because of continuous impossibility to pay their common debts towards creditors. Still in 2012 per the Bulgarian Law it is not possible for a physical individual to proclaim bankruptcy, but only a corporate body is entitled to do this. In this country which still has a lot to develop, this impossibility for a physical individual to state bankruptcy, could be considered as inheritance of the socialism where the private individual is a pure slave of the system and obliged to pay through their whole life, resp. can not be released from liability towards the system.
