Judgment in liability – named in some legal systems as “judgment in default”, this term details a  obtained on the base of the failure of the defendant to cooperate and respond to the entered civil claim and to appear later on the appointed court hearing for the performance of which he has been officially served. The court decision in favor of the claimant, obtained during judgment in default, can not be appealed later by the defendant, respectively enters in force immediately.
