Junior creditor – this legal term details the figure of a creditor, who is not the 1^st or privileged creditor. Such junior creditor has always to wait until the 1^st creditor or the privileged creditor gets satisfied from the available assets of the debtor. In our opinion it is always preferable to consult with an independent civil lawyer about the chances to secure a claim, before entering it in court.
