Majority provision – in the area of Property Law in many legal systems, following the provisions of the concrete legislation, this term details a situation where the bigger group of the various apartment owners, being co-owners of common parts of a building, takes valid decisions on their General Meeting that is binding the minor group of apartment owners. This is why Internal Regulations, valid in complexes and residential buildings, it is advisable to be examined before purchasing an apartment there.
