1) The letting/renting out of apartments situated in residential or holiday complexes. Usually the owner of an individual apartment signs a temporary rental agreement with a management company, and respectively receives a rental income during the term of the contract.
2) The paid services, offered in the individual separate facilities for public use in holiday or residential complexes. Such facilities could be bar, lobby, restaurant, fitness room, etc. These facilities usually are not common shares of the building, but only individual subjects, owned by concrete Title holder, so these should have nothing to do with the maintenance of common parts of complexes. The management services usually detail the paid services, offered to individual persons for using someone’s else bar, restaurant, fitness, sauna, etc.
