Merger of estates

Merger of estates – this term details the procedure of uniting the legal interests of one estate into another, bigger one, with a greater importance. Estates concerning property Title are merged in cases where a bigger property and a lesser property coincide and are held by one and the same owner. For example, merger occurs when a person who rents out real estate from another subsequently is given Title of it upon the death of the renter who has so provided in his personal will.
