Mutual agreement

Mutual agreement – this term is used in the Contracts Law, where details a bilateral contract which creates legal rights and obligations for both opposite parties who have signed/concluded it. It is the most used type of agreement in practice, and mostly prepared in written form. For example, the contract for property transfer (the Title Deed), or the preliminary (private purchase) contract, sale of a car contract – all these mutual contracts are required to be in written form for validity.
