Nonassignable contract – this term details a contract, in which none of the parties is allowed to delegate their obligations towards third parties (usually to subcontractors). These are usually the contracts requesting personal performance of certain actions – like the labor contracts, the contracts for legal services, i.e. – all of these related to the individual figure and capacity of the contracted party.
