Objective theory of agreements

Objective theory of agreements – this term refers to theory which provises that an agreement is existing not only in the mutual meeting of intentions, but with a formalized agreement, as per the provisions of the local legislation for the concrete form for such kind of agreement – for example, the local legislation in many countries establishes that the contract for sale of a real estate should be concluded in the form of a notarized Title Deed.
