Peace officer – in many legal systems this phrase details the figure of a bailiff. A synonym is “law enforcement officer” and “enforcement agent”. His capaciby may includes different duties, as per the provisions of the concrete local legislation, most commonly – to burden/seize the available assets of the judgment debtor, in order to be sold (usually on public auction) for satisfaction of the judgement creditors.
