Permanent disability

Permanent disability – this phrase is used in the Criminal Law and in the Labor Law, where describes any disability, occurred via non-normal or non-natural event, which leads to impossibility of the person (or the victim) to work and perform their normal life activities. When related to the Employment Law, usually we talk about the permanent partial disability, which usually lead to compensation for the employee because of the impossibility to do their work.
