Perpetual

Perpetual – this term means: termless, without deadlines, a lifetime. For example, in the area of Real estate Law, a perpetual easement is an easement which lasts permanently, usually through the whole lifetime of the easement holder. This may be the right of occupation of premises, established in favor of a concrete person – once established in their favor, he holds it officially for their entire life and can defend it against any third parties, and with their death it is terminated.
