Personal assets

Personal assets – in the sphere of Litigation procedure, the phrase “personal assets” describes all real estates and movable properties, owned by concrete physical individual, and usually needed for their own activities – for example, home, own vehicle, personal deposits, etc. This phrase is used to make separation between the personal belongings, calculated in money in one hand, and the belongings of the person in their business capacity, or these held by a corporate body, in another. A synonym of this phrase is “personal estates” or “personal properties”.
