Personal estates

Personal estates – in the sphere of Litigation, the phrase “personal assets” describes all these real estates and movables, owned by concrete person that are usually needed for their own daily work – for example, home, own vehicle, personal deposits, other legal rights and credits, etc. This phrase is used to make separation between the personal belongings, calculated in money, and on the other hand the belongings of the person in his business capacity (or these held by a corporate body). A synonym is “personal assets” or “personal properties”.
