Personal jurisdiction – in the sphere of Court Trials this legal phrase details the jurisdiction of the court over the concrete claimant or defendant, on the base of their permanent address of residence, which should be within the area of jurisdiction of this court. I.e. usually you should forward you claim to the court who is in charge in your residence area, or depending of the local legislation the court which has jurisdiction over the defendant because of their residence address.
