Burden on real estate

Burden on real estate – this term is used in the Real Estate Law in many legal systems, where the burden is a legal encumbrance, submitted on concrete real estate in favor of another party. For example, if you sue somebody for money, and they own real estates, you can apply to the court to issue a burden order, on the base of which you to establish legal burden on their real estate for the term of the court case. This legal burden ensures that if you with it, you may re-sell the burdened estate and satisfy your claim.
