Pour-over will – within the area of Inheritance Law in some jurisdictions, the pour-over will is a will, created to secure the goals of a trust, in case the last becomes inactive for some reason, or in case additional property is found, which is not included in the trust. And namely, to secure the distribution of the assets of the testator as per the initial provisions of the trust.
