Prenuptial contract

Prenuptial contract – in the Family Law in some jurisdictions the prenuptial contract is written agreement, concluded between two people who are planning to get married. The role of this contract is to set-up the material valuable assets which each person owes and will owe during the marriage; as well how prospectively achieved properties will be divided between the spouses (for example, if they buy an apartment, who will hold the Title of it). It is similar to the postnuptial agreement, but the last is signed during the marriage, not before it like the prenuptial contract.

*Note that it is advisable to hire a lawyer who to draw your prenuptial contract. Lawyers are qualified in Law and they know what terms and conditions should be implemented in such forms to protect your interests; as well to consult you on the clauses of proposed prenuptial agreements to you for signing.
