Pre-trial hearings – in some legal systems the pre-trial hearings are available in the court process. These hearing are performed with the participation of the lawyers of opposite parties, and usually guided by the judge in person. The evidences that will be tried are discussed with the intention to dissolve the legal dispute in shorter deadlines.
