Pre-trial hearings

Pre-trial hearings – in some legal systems the pre-trial hearings are available in the court process. These hearing are performed with the participation of the lawyers of opposite parties, and usually guided by the judge in person. The evidences that will be tried are discussed with the intention to dissolve the legal dispute in shorter deadlines.

*Note that it is advisable to hire a lawyer who to represent you during court proceedings and to perform on your behalf all necessary pre-trial hearings. Lawyers are qualified in Law and they know what legal actions should be performed in court to protect interests of their clients; as well to consult you on the possible and various court procedures and activities and to guide you through the whole process.
