Pretermission – this term is used in the sphere of Inheritance Law. It details the act of not detailing the name of concrete heir in a personal will, prepared by the testator (via intentional disregarding). Usually the goal is not to leave probate estate to the non-detailed heir. A synonym is “pretermission”.
