Primogeniture – this term comes from Latin and it means “first born”. Usually it is used in the sphere of Inheritance Law, where details the figure of the oldest among the living heirs. Although in ancient times the oldest son had the legal right ot inherit the whole estate of one or both of their parents, nowadays the Inheritance Law does not give privileges to oldest children.
