Privacy policy – in the area of Commercial Law in most jurisdictions this term refers to a document, binding the user of confidential data. He should sign that he/she is aware of the confidentiality of the information they will be working with, during their business relations with the other party and with third parties. Usually privacy policy is presented for signing to the opposite party together with the proposed to them contract for signing.
