Private nonprofit entity – this term is used in the sphere of Corporate Law, where it refers to a type of corporate body that do not share profit among its owners/shareholders. For example, a private non-profit entity is the foundation or the private voluntary organization  – both established by a private individual with the role to help other people in need, and not to bring profit to its founder/owner.
