Privity in Deed

Privity in Deed – this legal term is used in the sphere of Property Law, where it details an obligation implemented in a contract for transfer of Title of real estate. This obligation should be followed by the obliged party. For example, the obligation to pay the purchase price of the real estate. Check also “privity in contract”.
