Probate court – this legal term is used in the area of Civil Law in some jurisdictions, where details the figure of special body of court, which exercises probate jurisdictions. The probate court in some countries deals with registration of wills, administration of estates, distribution of probate assets of deceased people and supervision of a guardianship of infants.
