Product placement – this term is used in the area of Commercial Law in some legal systems, where refers to advertisement method used to present products in the most applicable and best possible way of usage, to different potential buyers. Usually this is done on television and radio, as well in internet. The technique of placement includes direct showing of trademarks and using of the product. For example, when you watch a reality TV-show in which the participants are displayed to drink particular beverages only, or to wear certain clothes with trademark brands listed on these. Sometimes it is called also “product locating” or “product positioning”.
