Property evaluation fee

Property evaluation fee – this term is used in the Real Estate Law, where usually refers to fee, charged by independent evaluators for preparing report about a property, which is to become subject of a mortgage. Independent evaluators calculate the actual market value (price) of the property, so the lender of the money loan (usually a bank institution) can get a clear idea how much money they can lend towards the borrower against a mortgage on their property.
