Property sale contract

Property sale contract – this term is applicable in the area of Law of Contracts, where refers to an agreement for sale of movables or real estate in a future date. It established all terms and conditions that will apply to the actual transfer of ownership (price, deadline for Title transfer, requirements to the condition of the property, etc.) An example of property sale contract is the preliminary contract for property purchase which applies to off-plan sales, in which the parties set up the closing date, concrete purchase price, the specifications of the real estate, etc.
