Property tort

Property tort – within the Tort Law, this legal term details a violation of the legal provisions, mostly:

– taking possession of property, owned by somebody else and not returning it;

– trespassing to land.

Property tort calculates difference in the price of property before or after the damage caused; or alternatively, the sum needed for recovering the property in its original condition as before the tort; and this difference is base for damage claim (i.e. claim for compensation)
