Protocol for completion – within the area of Building Law in some countries, this is internal building protocol, prepared and signed by all the parties involved in the building procedure – for example the architect, the assignor of the constructions works performed, the assignee, the building company, the independent building supervisor, the supervising constructor, etc. In some countries like for example, this protocol certifies completion of the building works and it is the base for applying for Permission for Usage / Certificate for Exploitation (also known in some jurisdictions as “protocol Act 16”).
