Public property

Public property – in the area of Property Law this term relates to any movables or real estates, owned by the government and administered by the government, incl. buildings and facilities for public use. These could be properties exclusively owned by the government with no rights to transfer or sell these, or properties that could be placed on the market or changed. The public property is protected by the Laws against any damage or destruction by private individuals. Often referred as “state property”.
