Real estate professional – in the modern, developed countries this legal term refers to a real estate broker. A qualified agent with a diploma to work as an intermediary between real estate vendors and buyers. Who knows the applicable laws & legal procedures, hold business insurance and regulated by Bar. In other countries, where there is no legal regulation of the profession of real estate agents, independent property lawyers are the usual real estate professionals. Usually, because they know and practice in the Property Law, have business insurance and the lawyer’s Bar regulates their activities.  And mostly because they use to protect the interests of their clients. Without always pursuing to complete a property transaction against commission fee.
