Real estate right

Real estate right – this term details a legal right which is attached to immovable property, and not given towards a concrete person. Usually, the real estate rights, like the right to build and use, follow the property during Title transfers. But in other cases, these could be a subject of an independent deal as well. For instance, you establish a right of passage on your own property to a dominant plot of land.

The formal transfer of these rights usually follows the form of a title transfer. It has to be done in a written form, witnessed by a notary public and registered in the local Land Register.
