Re-caption

Re-caption – this legal term finds application in the area of Property Law in many jurisdictions.  It refers to the act of transferring back a possession of a property. In other words, re-caption occurs in cases where somebody else has possessed your property. And then you take it back into your possession. It could also mean placing a secondary burden on movable properties or real estates.
