Real representative

Real representative – in the area of Inheritance Law, this term refers to the figure of an heir. The one who should receive the Title on immovable properties (houses, land, etc.). These are the assets which the testator left with their will. Or to be inherited by the provision of the local Inheritance Laws. The real representative is not an executor of the will, neither personal representative. But he is the actual/future owner. Once the heir receives the ownership and possession, he/she will be responsible towards the Authorities and third parties for these assets.
