Record owner – in practice this term finds application in the area of Real Estate Law, where refers to the figure of the legal owner, called “holder of record title” on a property. This owner and his title have been published in the Land Register. The owner of record can defend his recorded title against all third parties. They have to obey the circumstances submitted in the Register.
