Referral partner agreement – within the area of Commercial Law, this term details a specific sales contract, which has two parts: On one side, it obliges a vendor and a buyer about the purchase of concrete item on particular agreed price. On another hand, it obliges these parties so the buyer will receive remuneration if he/she brings new buyers towards the vendor. In this way the referral partner contract creates a rising chain of purchases.
