Refoulement – in the sphere of Immigration Law, this term details the act of expulsing a refugee, captured in another country, back to their country of domicile, from which the refugee has initially escaped due to serious danger for their life and health. For example, if there is a war on one country, people escape in another country, but then are captured and returned back to the country in war. The act of refoulement is against the human principles so countries use to avoid doing it.
