Re-incarceration

Re-incarceration – within the meaning, given by the Criminal law in some jurisdictions, re-incarceration details secondary putting someone in prison for a committed crime. Usually this happens in cases where a criminal, released earlier from jail for good behavior, has done an offense or an attempt for a crime, within the probation period. The probation period is a term during which there is examination of the behavior of the criminal within the society.
