Rehabilitative support

Rehabilitative support – in the area of Family Law, as well in the Social Services, this term details a temporary financial support, given to a person with the intention to help him to recover from negative event occurred in the past. Such support can be given after a suffered injury lead to incapability. Another example – after divorce the ex-spouse who has a guilt for the divorce, may be ordered to give financial support to the other spouse for concrete period (3 years for example, or alternatively until the supported ex-spouse gets married again).
