Repeal – in practice, this legal term is applicable in the sphere of Administrative Law. There it refers to the act of revoking a previously issued order (or other act of legislature). The repeal usually is done with a new order, or with a statute. In the Parliamentary Law, a statute is repealed with a new concrete statute, enacted for this purpose.
