Response pack – in the Civil Procedures, a response pack relates to exchange of documents between the participating parties. It is sent to the defendant in a civil claim with the claim form and with the particulars of claim. The defendant, called also “respondent’ has a precise deadline (for example a month time) to reply to the claim and add their particulars of claim and evidences to support their position. The response pack is addressed to the court and then has to be sent to the other party as well for examination.
