Retroactive force

Retroactive force – this legal term applies in the Parliamentary Law, where usually refers to new act of legislation, which has the role to cover legal relations in the past. In this case we say that the legislation has “retroactive force”. And the accepted act is “retrospective Law” which has legal force back in time towards events happened in the past. The retroactive force is exclusion from the legal principle that the legal rules are pointed towards relations that arose ahead in time.
