Cadastral register

Cadastral register – this legal term usually finds application in the Real Estate Law. There it refers to the official electronic online map and register of the real estates situated within a country or in a particular local area. The cadastral register gives precise data, structured by individual property numbers, about various technical and legal circumstances – the size of real estates, measurements, situation, details of the owners, details of neighboring plots, etc. The Cadastral register may issue a scheme of particular plot, which needed usually for future building works, for planning, for transferring ownership of the plot, etc. (depending of the provisions of the local legislation).
