Charitable

Charitable – this legal term in the area of Administrative Law refers to any action that brings benefit in favor of the society (and investment without requesting profit). Charitable acts are not designed to bring profit to concrete private individuals. For example, such public benefit is the construction of Public Park or garden for common usage by all citizens. Sometimes such charitable acts are referred as “public benefit” or “social benefit”. From ancient history to nowadays, charitable acts are respected by the society and the authorities and pointed as good example to citizens.
