Rule of justice – this term refers to a fundamental legal principle that describes the frontiers of pursuit of personal benefits. Namely it states that these cannot affect the public benefits neither the social order. The rules of justice defend the foundations of the modern society. An expression of these rules is the phrase “my rights end up where the rights of other begin”.
