Self-insurance – this legal term refers to a governmental method for collecting funds for securing the medi care threatment and a pension for individuals who mostly are working not on a labor contract, but are self-employed or woking on part-time civil contracts as assignees (including also these who are not working but obliged to make their medi care self-insurance).
