Service – this term details the procedure of delivery of documents personally to a person, where they should witness the delivery in protocol which has legal force in court. In some countries bailiffs or notary public perform the duties or service officers for out-of-court cases on one hand, and the court employees who deliver documents in person, serve this role when related to court procedures.
