Snagging list

Snagging list – within the area of Real Estate Law, this term describes a survey report, usually prepared and signed on behalf of the buyer, or in the form of delivery-acceptance protocol, signed by the seller and buyer. The main goal of the snagging list is to point any visual shortcomings or defects, found in the property and to detail the procedure of their removal, usually for the account of the seller – because the buyer expects to receive a proper real estate.
