Willful default – this is a default done with intention and by a concrete reason. I.e. an intentions non-performance of obligations implemented in a contract, by one of the parties. For example a local developer has received the total purchase price of an off-plan development, but does not want to complete and transfer ownership towards the buyer, because signed another preliminary contract with another buyer for the same property.
